YOUR BARBADOS TRAVEL ITINERARY
June 16-22, 2025
Welcome to your summer escape to Bathsheba, Barbados!
Barbados is a small Caribbean island known for its untouched landscapes, world-renowned surf spots (hello, famed "Soup Bowl" wave), tropical rain forests, vibrant coral reefs, and tight-knit communities. Bathsheba is a quaint fishing village located on the east side of the island along a dramatic coastline of white sand beaches and striking rock formations.
Get ready to soak up everything this island has to offer—from catamaran sailing and swimming with sea turtles to surfing, hiking, and cave exploring!
What type of yoga retreat should you expect?
This yoga retreat is best for the island-life enthusiast and nature explorer. It only takes a quick walk or taxi ride to get pretty much anywhere in Barbados from our boutique, nature-nestled resort, so you can easily experience the local culture and nature.
Whether you come solo or with a buddy, you'll be among great people looking to enhance their yoga and mindfulness practice. You'll also have opportunities to participate in workshops and meditations while experiencing a range of yoga offerings—it's a great time to try out new things and ask questions.

Where are we staying in Barbados?
YBP is taking over the highly-rated ECO Lifestyle + Lodge—a socially and environmentally conscious hotel with a focus on wellness. **It has an ON-SITE sauna, saltwater baths, and a cold plunge for the brave!**
Tucked away within the Bathsheba community, ECO’s location is quiet and unspoiled, perfect for our yoga and meditation sessions. Its laid-back vibe embodies simple living and a deep respect for nature. The property boasts three outdoor cascading saltwater baths, an award-winning farm-to-table restaurant, a spacious yoga deck facing the Atlantic, and a hand-built outdoor sauna. But the best part...
At ECO, everyone gets an Ocean View room with a private outdoor hammock or table space.

We have rooms for 1-2 people (a maximum of 15 guests), so you can spread out and relax!
The modern bohemian-style rooms are designed with up-cycled antique furnishings, local mahogany craftsmanship, and a pop of colors that blend effortlessly with soft white linens and Barbadian artwork.
